Top 5 Reasons Some Digg Commenters Are Full Of It
Posted April 19th, 2007 by Anthony Filed Under: Uncategorized5. They have no lives and like to criticize every minor detail of a posters’ article.
In my experience Digg is no longer a social news site, its more like a social
disorder site. If you have a comment to say at least say it in a civilized way.
4. Digg is becoming more and more everyday like a high school clique. I don’t know
about you but in my opinion I don’t think Kevin Rose’s intention was to have Digg
turn into in a online high school.
3. Its amazing how many commenters out there don’t know the difference between
constructive criticism and destructive comments. Why don’t you think before you
write, and give us something useful.
2. Why oh why do you commenters hate bloggers. If it wasn’t for us bloggers you
would not have anything to comment on in the first place. So why don’t you take
your heads out of your behinds and realize the good things we bring to you.
I only recently became a blogger and I never commented the way you do.
1. You don’t have a significant other and you use Digg as a means to express your
frustrations. I say that with the kindest intentions.
So as always I’m ready to be flamed, because that seems like the only thing some of you could do.

Get over it. Seriously. This happens practically everywhere, especially when there is a large audience. The only way to stand out sometimes is to be either abrasive or offensive, and some people just want attention (sad as that may be, its unfortunately true). All you can do is leave your 2 cents, and simply dont respond to replys that are not directly related to what you wrote (ie making it into some kind of personal attack). Jerks will be dugg down quickly enough.
