Hi Blake - glad to hear from you. If you ever have anything to be beta tested, I can assure you that The Basement staff would love to be a part - drop us a line!

Welll i use my slingbox mostly over an evdo connection, and when watchin something stored on my dvr while fast forwarding and rewinding, control mode helped me stop at the right place more often. While not in control mode i would overshoot where i wanted to stop. Once i was done fast forwarding or rewinding i would shut it control mode off.

Hey Anthony, glad you like the new version. Quick question for you: what did you find yourself using the Control Mode button for? most of our feedback and user testing suggested that we should bury the button in the menus...and after a healthy debate at sling, we decided to do just that...perhaps we should reconsider.

Thanks,

Blake
