You may remember the video I posted a little while back about the man singing about how his family thinks he’s gay. Well, it turns out, he has a sequel.
My only question is, why isn’t this kid on American Idol? Not only is he a great musical talent, he’s funny as hell.

But there is one key element that is missing here. It’s crucial to research the company, far beyond what’s in the job spec. I always reckon I succeeded in one interview by making reference to a particular market challenge the company was facing
