As always, it’s time for our weekly installment to everyones favorite Basement series, Musical Monday. This week, we honor of the the best one hit wonders in recent memory.

The year was 1999. With the release of their album Everything You Want, Vertical Horizon was struggling to make an impact on the music world. They had changed their bassist, and made a few minor changes in song formula. While their first single received little radio play, all of that changed with their second single, the title track “Everything You Want”. The song dominated the charts, becoming the most played song of the year.
