Marvel.com Hacked?

Posted November 17th, 2007 by Anthony Filed Under: Uncategorized

I do not know if this a marketing ploy or this is what happens when they are doing service on the site. I just tried going to Marvel’s site and I get this weird doctorstrange in the URL over and over again.

Take a look at the pic below to see what I mean.

It’s not just you - it’s been like that since Friday at least, and I have no expectation of it being fixed over the weekend. Since the disaster that was their registration service when they announced their digital comics initiative it’s been cock-up after cock-up for Marvel. Perhaps they should try this innovative process called ‘testing’ before they unleash a website on the world…

Phew, I am located in South Africa, and got the same error, and thought that I lost access to the digital comics….

Oddly enough, not everyone gets this error. I get the doctorstrange redirct on computers on my network, but my friend doesn’t get the error at his place.

Aaah, games, they’ve taken so much of my precious lifetime already. I wonder if I’ll get a bonusgame when I die =P
