Here is my newest weekly/bi-weekly posting called Fini’s Rant, your welcome to flame me in the comments if you don’t agree with me, or you can throw some support. Well here I go. So the newest complaint about the Wii as some of you might read already is porn. Now I’m not going to write another article specifically on the Wii and porn, what I am going to rant about is the negligent and blame-full parents of this country who are somehow not responsible for anything that goes on in their children’s lives.

Ok here is the gist of it for anyone who has not been in the loop the last couple of days. There is a group of people complaining about the easy accessibility of porn on the Wii’s Opera browser. I have two words for all you negligent parents (Parental Control). The Wii is such an easy system to use that if you can not understand how to aim the remote at the TV and follow the setup instructions with your children you should be taken out to pasture. If you people would just sit down with your children and pay a little more attention to them instead of letting the TV babysit them you might learn a thing or two about parenting. And if you can’t accomplish that, then what the F*** are you doing being parents anyway. Stop blaming your children’s problems on society, TV, movies, and video-games; because the real problem is you the parents.

The world is changing. Technology is here to stay. With technology comes certain pitfalls. These pitfalls can be prevented if you take proper and responsible action. This not only goes for the Wii, it goes for computers,myspace , AIM and everything else your children use, but you have the power to prevent things like porn viewing or pedophiles from your children’s eyes. Your just too lazy to care and learn how to use these things, so you blame your problems on everyone else. I pity you and I am scared of what your children will become. Most likely unintelligent drones like yourselves. What will out country be like in the future if this carelessness continues. I shudder at this thought.
